Client Service Coordinator

Client Service Coordinators provide existing and potential customers/clients with exceptional services. They identify customer/client needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize scheduling, customer services and brand awareness. Our department focuses on client satisfaction, retention and growth in new markets.

Expectations

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team KPIs, including client conversion, appointment booking, and client experience metrics.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (email, phone, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments for customers based on services requested and location
  • Resolve service issues and problem solve and when needed “think outside of the box”
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Collaborate with internal team to enhance customer service and brands awareness
  • Work closely with marketing, assist with influencers bookings and tracking, in-store events and media appointments
  • Maintain up to date communication with new and existing client leads
  • Assist with new platform onboarding and roll out
  • Assist in other operational projects as needed

Minimum Experience

Qualifications/ Required Skills

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service/ client experience role
  • preferred)
  • Experience with Zenoti (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in different channels, such as telephone, email, etc.
