Role Description

JECT is looking for a Practice Manager for our West Village location that embodies our company values and exudes our brand mission – empower all people to look and feel their best. The Practice Manager will be responsible motivating and managing our in-store team and ensuring each client has an impeccable JECT experience. We are looking for a thought leader that thinks strategically while ensuring we are executing at the tactical level for operational efficiency and sales optimization. We are looking for a goal-oriented, hardworking, dedicated, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task and prioritize.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Communicate information as the liaison between in-store operations and management to ensure information flows between company and stores
  • Manage and develop your team through daily check-ins, set processes, ongoing performance documentation, establishing expectations and holding people accountable to goals.
  • Develop short + long term goals for your store to include monthly goals and track and manage against them
  • Identify, recruit, hire, train, and inspire members on your team to grow and develop a career path at JECT
  • Train and manage in-store personnel on their role and expectations
  • Cultivate a high morale, high achieving store culture with your team
  • Radiate JECT's mission and team goals

Store Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, client experience, team management, and performance of your in-store employees
  • Oversee the daily flow and efficiency of the store to maximize the JECT client experience for each client
  • Oversee completion, distribution, and adoption of JECT standard operating procedures to include managing all systems are maintained and accurate for your store
  • Develop and follow process driven systems to run efficiently
  • Oversee the inventory accuracy and proper inventory needs to include managing all inventory levels for consumables, JECT products, merchandise, marketing materials, and store supplies
  • Oversee the store’s schedule and ensure we are properly staffed to run efficiently at full capacity
  • Drive standards + consistency among all stores through establishing SOPs and processes that the team is trained on and adopts
  • Scheduling within 100%, operational efficiencies

 

Sales Performance

  • Responsible for the store’s performance and operational success
  • Responsible for hitting sales goals and KPIs
  • Ensure the store is maximizing its efforts hitting targets and goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis
  • Analyze monthly sales reports and bring ideas of how to improve business, sales, efficiency, and client experience for each store
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and generating revenue

 

Customer Experience

  • Facilitate the best JECT experience for each client and bring ideas to the management team on how to always improve
  • Responsible for handling in store client feedback/issues in a professional, appropriate manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Minimum Experience

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5+ years in retail and store management experience (aesthetics, wellness a plus)
  • KPI reporting and performance monitoring
  • Inventory control and vendor management
  • Required to work occasional weekends
