Ali Gold, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 10 years of experience in both cosmetic and medical dermatology. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University–Lenox Hill Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care.
Alexandra is passionate about an honest and natural approach to aesthetics, helping patients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. She is especially skilled in anti-aging skincare, lasers and cosmetic injectables, creating natural, tailored results.
Born and raised in New York, Alexandra now lives in Brooklyn with her husband, their six-month-old son, and their rescue Mini Australian Shepherd, Max. Outside of the office, Alexandra enjoys an active lifestyle and is passionate about health and fitness. In her free time, you’ll often find her walking through the neighborhood with her baby and dog, discovering a new local café, or unwinding with a great read.
